The start of this book is full of chaos as we enter the life of Janet.  Janet is a night shift nurse who is handling things as normal until she gets a call from her radio saying they are bringing in a naked patient. Janet takes care of him as normal until the doctor needs a urine sample. Janet is about to get the sample when the patient awakes. Their conversation is fun and exciting as the patient, Max gets a ride back to his house so they can go out for some coffee. It's an instant page turner as we still need to figure out why he is naked. As the book continues we figure out that something is up with Max when he could smell her on the car... with the smell aside he was talking in secret to his brother on the phone. It appears to be a mystery story of sorts but you will have to see for yourself... I know I loved it. I could relate to Janet and her uneasiness towards the sexy charming Max.

Gosh, when the kissed for the first time it was like fireworks went off. For the reader as well! Unfortunately a passerby decided their fate at the time and yelled "get a room" causing them to stop kissing.  It just gets more intense from there when they arrive at her house and its trashed, yet nothing is missing! There is someone or something after Janet and Max is going to do everything in his power to protect her.  I love their relationship and how it grew so fast. The love scenes are HOT!
