Review of Breaking The Nexus by Lindsay Avalon

Breaking the Nexus (Mythrian Realm #1) by Lindsay Avalon

Sha Phoenix is a Mythrian. She patrols the borders to make sure that the Nexus a magical barrier erected millennia ago to separate the two realms.  Humans and Non Humans, you know all the fairy-tales you read about or hear about.  Yes they are real.  While on patrol one day Sha comes across a portal on the verge of collapse she is accidentally transported to the human realm.  Sha awakes in a puddle of blood and a dead man with Runs on his cover, she realizes that this is blood magic.   Detective Connor Flynn is one of the first on the scene and knows that Sha is not telling him everything . He has no clue that she is from another realm or that his life will take a drastic turn and make him evaluate his personal beliefs.  Together they must find and stop the Serial killer before he stops them.

Why did it take me this long to read this book, I am kicking myself!  This book is fantastic and so much fun to read.  I didn't want it to end!  The story line is incredible and very believable.  I was drawn right in as if I was part of the story! This tells me what a Great Author Lindsay Avalon is!   I will be reading every book she publishes as soon as they are online!
